Occupancy Tax: $2.20 charge per room per night. New York City Development Tax: $1.50 per night.
New York State Tax: $4-8 per suite per night,

Deposit: Credit card guarantee.
Cancellation: Cancel 7 days prior or forfeit 1 night plus tax .

Junior Suite: Spacious room with one or two beds, living space with sofabed and dining area; full kitchen. Can accomodate up to three people (400-600 sq.ft)

One Bedroom Suite: Living space with sofabed, dining area and seperate bedrom with on king or two queen beds. Can accomodate up to four people (450-650 sq.ft)

Rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional person is $40.00 per night per person.

Internet: $14.95/day. / Porterage: $6.96 per bag, round trip.
